party-at-scouts first timers and ride shared

I do try to dig around on the site when I have some time, and I'm trying to figure something out... So, there are scheduled parties, that you request an invite for, and then RSVP for that request; and know what the cost is.

But, what about the days and times it is open with no scheduled parties? Do you just waltz in and start doing what comes natural? I'm thinking that probably isn't part of the plan. So, how do things work on open times with no scheduled parties? 'Inquiring minds want to know....' Hugs
