Scout. 2009-2023. He was my best friend, my good 'lil boy, my nice 'lil boy, my "litta" boy, my big boy, my faaaavorite boy. He's the best boy. My house is empty. I miss him frankly. <tears>
When I left the vet this morning he had gotten the sedation shot. He was sleeping so peacefully. That is my final vision of him. I was sad, but happy. He had no pain.
It's not about how he died, but how he lived, oh how he lived. :-)
I started this group to pay tribute to the best dog anybody should be allowed to have. I am a lucky man. I am a happy man. A lot of you knew him and loved him. If you have any pics or vids of my good 'lil boy, please post them here. If you have a good Scout story, please post it here.
