Our driveway is right off of Route 40 (Historic National Road,) midway between Brownsville and Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

• Shopping: Take Route 40 East (left out of our driveway (then 6 miles) to 6 hotels, Uniontown Mall, a first run movie theater, restaurants, shops, banks, gasoline and McDonalds 

• Jackson Farms Convenience Store: Take Route 40 East (left out of driveway, then 200 yards.) They have a little of everything including: gasoline, ice, a great lunch buffet and fresh-cut meats and cheeses. They also sell Jackson Farms homemade ice cream and chocolate milk. Both are to die for!  

• More Shopping: Take Route 40 East (left out of our driveway, then 5.5 miles) to Mathew Drive: Turn right on Mathew Drive for Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Staples, TJ Maxx, Petsmart and tons of restaurants. Turn left on Mathew Drive to the Route 43 South Interchange, Giant Eagle, Ollies, Dollar General, GetGo Gas and a State Liquor Store. You will find all this right in the Giant Eagle Parking lot. 

• Take Route 40 West (right out of our driveway, then 1.5 miles) for Mike & Sons Pizza. 1.0 mile more for an old-school  drive-in movie and Route 40 Classic Diner.

• More Convenience: Take Route 40 West (right out of our driveway, then 4 miles) and you will find more gas stations, Sheetz Convenience & Gas, Groceries Advance Auto Parts, Brownsville Ace Hardware, McDonalds and Subway. Travel 1.5 miles further West on Route 40 to the North side of Brownsville. There is a beer distributor right on the main drag. Travel another 2 miles West and you will find another Walmart.
