Group “Take-Over” Pricing and Terms

  

Includes "control" of the whole property

(except the owner’s living quarters and barn.)

Includes “control” of all amenities Including:

Sonos Sound System, pool, pond, orchard, grounds, driveway and parking lot.

Group can move anything in or out of the lodge,

so long as they move it back to where they found it.

​

Food, snacks, mixers, ice, cups, lemons, limes, refreshments and

all other food and bar stuff will be provided by the Group.

​

All clean-up and bagging of trash will be done by the Group. 

Disposal of bagged trash will be done by Scout’s.

$1,500. Party Only. 7 pm Friday to 2 am Saturday. 

$1,750. Party + Overnight. 7 pm Friday to 11 am Saturday.

Deposit: 50% paid 30 days in advance.
